RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be returned in original condition, including labels and packaging.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or incomplete will not be accepted for returns or
refunds. - Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
RETURN COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns from other countries, shipping costs vary based on location.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, which may take up to 7 days, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
PROOF OF SHIPMENT
- Please retain your track & trace code as proof of shipment. We require this information in case of any issues with the return process. Without it, we cannot investigate missing returns.
