3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to Europe, the Gulf States (including Saudi Arabia,  UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain), and Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Egypt. Shipments to countries outside the Benelux region may experience slight delays.
  • Shipping Costs: For returns within the Netherlands, the cost is €6.75. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for other destinations.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Items must be returned in original condition, including labels and packaging. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at info@lusiey.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (which may take up to 7 days), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please retain your track & trace code as proof of shipment.
